Scope of Practice
Our attorneys are very experienced in landlord-tenant law, with a particular emphasis on landlord and management company representation. We represent property owners and landlords owning or operating a variety of properties, including single-unit residential rental properties, as well as large, multi-unit residential and commercial properties throughout Wisconsin.

- Drafting residential and commercial leases, property rules and regulations, rental applications, nonstandard rental provisions, and lead-based paint disclosures
- Advising and preparing notices of termination of tenancy
- Prosecuting eviction actions and collection actions for property damage and overdue rent
- Creating LLCs or other appropriate business entities for ownership of rental properties
